Project Description

GreenWEEE International S.A. operates an end-of-life refrigerator recycling plant engineered and commissioned by URT. The facility is designed for the treatment of household and commercial cooling devices under continuous industrial operating conditions.

The plant is configured for a processing capacity of 4 tonnes per hour. The process is based on URT’s blowing agent recovery concept using activated carbon adsorption. This ensures the controlled and safe removal of blowing agents and enables high recovery rates in line with applicable standards.

A high level of automation allows efficient plant operation with a low number of operators while maintaining consistent output quality.
