E-Tech Management (HK) Ltd.

E-Tech Management (HK) Ltd. operates a PCB recycling plant engineered and commissioned by URT in Hong Kong. The plant is designed for mechanical preparation of printed circuit boards at 2 t/h, generating a homogeneous PCB fraction suitable for downstream metallurgical refining. A closed process design ensures controlled material handling without emissions or loss of valuable metal-bearing fractions.

Project Description

E-Tech Management (HK) Ltd. operates a PCB recycling plant engineered and commissioned by URT. The facility is designed for the mechanical preparation of printed circuit boards under industrial operating conditions.

The plant is configured for a processing capacity of 2 tonnes per hour. The process focuses on controlled size reduction and separation to generate a homogeneous PCB fraction. Ferrous metals and aluminium are separated after pre-shredding. This creates suitable feed material for downstream metallurgical processing.

A key feature of the installation is the closed process design, ensuring controlled material handling without emissions or loss of valuable metal-bearing fractions.
