SUEZ RV DEEE
- Brownfield solution with integration into anexisting plant including adaptation of existing equipment and control system

Project Data
Project Description
SUEZ RV DEEE operates a recycling plant for small domestic appliances engineered and commissioned by URT. The facility is designed for the processing of heterogeneous e-waste streams under continuous industrial operating conditions.
The processing concept combines reliable depollution with multi-stage material separation. Prior to shredding, defined foreign materials such as screens, toner cartridges, smoke detectors and batteries are removed. Following pre-shredding, the material is processed through an additional manual sorting stage to extract critical components including batteries, capacitors, printed circuit boards and cables. The remaining material is further treated through secondary shredding and downstream separation, including ferrous and non-ferrous metal recovery and material fractioning.
The plant is integrated into an existing facility, including adaptation of existing equipment and integration of new components into the existing control and visualisation system.
